This Day Release New Single “Euphoric State”

St. John’s alternative rock / progressive rock band This Day have entered the new year swinging with the release of a brand new single. This new track, entitled “Euphoric State”, was released on January 5th, 2023, and is the band’s first new music since the release of their last single, “On My Mind”, released on February 1st, 2022.

This Day was, admittedly, a bit of a heavier band in the past, leaning much more into the realm of progressive metal on their debut self-titled record which was released in 2019. Since then the band has undergone some changes and is now leaning more towards the realm of alternative rock or even pop punk, though some of the aesthetics of the band’s prog metal past still remain in their music, if more subtle and subdued.
