St. John’s melodic death metal band Razgriz seem to have been having a hard go of things since first revealing themselves in February of 2021. The group has yet to reveal who is involved in their lineup or release any music, and it can be assumed that this is due to a number of reasons, the COVID-19 pandemic included. However, the band is still active and intends to maintain a presence until they can reveal more information about the project.
In a post made on the band’s Instagram on December 11th, 2022, Razgriz offered an update on the status of the group along with a brief demo teaser of some riffs:
We are still here…still working…still plotting. 2022 has been a year of trials and tribulations. Ambitions being eaten up by the whale of life.
Razgriz is not dead. In slumber, perhaps, but not dead. Hoping that 2023 alots for more opportunities for us to finally take flight. In the interim, here is another demo riff.
