Glitterglue Releases New EP ‘Friends Club’

St. John’s hardcore / powerviolence outfit Glitterglue have released their second helping of songs unto the world. Following the release of their first demo from earlier in 2023, this new release is an EP entitled Friends Club. It was released on September 13th, 2023 through Bandcamp.

The EP features Mia on vocals, Elijah and Nathan on guitars, Nat on bass, and Steve on drums. The EP was recorded and mixed by Desmond Stephens.

Watch: Glitterglue – Live 04/15/2023

Glitterglue are a brand new hardcore band from St. John’s whose lineup consists of Nat (Knarl), Steve O’Keefe (Knarl, Carnage, Foundation Chain), Nathan Kelly (Exsanguinated), Elijah Spitslime (Chimp Apparatus, Carnage, Riproar), and Mia. The band has been active since early 2023 and have so far played a handful of shows, one of which was filmed in its entirety.

Knarl Release Debut Demo ‘Shed Demo ’22’

Knarl is a brand new hardcore / powerviolence band from St. John’s, Newfoundland. The group is comprised of Nat on vocals, Nathaniel on guitar, Mark on bass, and Steve on drums, and recently played their first set at an outdoor show at Ian “Bean” Phillips’ residence.

The band also released this debut demo, entitled Shed Demo ’22, which dropped on YouTube on September 4th, 2022. The demo consists of five originals and five covers, including covers of D.R.I. and Weekend Nachos.
